The tourism  zones supporting the golf course:       

Beach tourism:
The beach of 1,200 m at length near the area chosen to build the new golf course will be an ideal tourism spot supporting the golf course. According to the mass plan for tourism development of Ba Ria-Vung Tau province, in this area the Government is going to have a wharf built here to receive international tourists. Huong Sen Joint Stock Company already have a beach along the prospective golf course of with length of 535 m and width of 80-110 m. We intend to organize different recreational activities  to serve golfers and their families when they do not play golf such as: beach volley-ball, outing by motor boat, surfing, etc.  Especially, the perennial trees available in the golf course area (poplar and coconut trees) will become natural obstacles on golf-lines. Also, they will contribute to create very unique, romantic and gentle scenery for the golf course.        

Ecological and relaxing tourism zone:
In order to support the golf course in respect of grass seedling cultivation and serving tourists who come both to play golf and as ecological tourists, Huong Sen Joint Stock Company also intend to invest in an ecological and relaxing tourism zone on an area of 16 ha. It is approximately 10 m from the golf course and stretches to halfway up Minh Dam Mount. Tourists will be able to relax, enjoy the pure and serene atmosphere, admire the gentle beauty of a pagoda in the middle of the pristine forest, climb the mountain or play with the monkeys, etc.

The construction engineering of the golf course and construction items:
The above-mentioned bases of legal conditions, natural advantages, etc show that the area has all the necessary and sufficient conditions to be developed to a modern tourism and golf course complex, combined with the surrounding scenery and other supporting cultural-relaxing services so as to become an original tourism community.
